Midnight snacks. Doesn’t it sound indulgent? It does, to me! And well, for people living alone, it provides the perfect escape, doesn’t it? And well, let’s face it. We really don’t have the time or patience to cook up a meal to curb those hunger pangs.
Then, what do we do?
Well, one obviously can’t go hungry and living off chips and maggi can’t be the only solution, right?

We bring to you these quick recipes to curb that midnight hunger and yet leave your soul satisfied!
1. Egg Paratha
Eggs and paratha. Does it get any simpler than that? This yummy recipe can be made in minutes and it provides the perfect filling midnight snack, and at times when you’re in a rush and you simply can’t spend much time on cooking!
• Crack an egg in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, finely chopped green chilli, chopped onions, and a pinch of red chilli powder. Whisk well.
• In a pan, put some oil and let it heat up a bit. Pour the egg mixture on the pan, and spread.
• Place the paratha on the egg mixture and let it cook for a minute or two. Flip over and cook for another minute and a half, to ensure that the egg is cooked completey.
• Serve hot with (or without) a chutney
